We know that,
Angle in semicircle is a right angle.
From figure,
AC and AD are diameter.
∴ ∠ABC = ∠ABD = 90°.
From figure,
⇒ ∠ABC + ∠ABD = 90° + 90° = 180°.
∴ CBD is a straight line, or points C, B and D are collinear.
Hence, Option 4 is the correct option.
