Height of cone = 8 cm.

Area of base = 156 cm².

Volume of cone (V) = $\dfrac{1}{3} \times$ Area of base × Height

Putting values we get,

$V = \dfrac{1}{3} \times 156 \times 8 \\[1em] = \dfrac{1248}{3} \\[1em] = 416 \text{ cm}^3.$

Hence, the volume of cone = 416 cm³.
