The given equation x - 5y - 4 = 0, can be written as :
⇒ 5y = x - 4
⇒ y = (x - 4)
When x = -6, y = = -2,
x = -1, y = = -1,
x = 4, y = = 0.

Steps of construction :
Plot the points (-6, -2), (-1, -1) and (4, 0) on the graph.
Connect any two points by a straight line.
