Steps of construction :
Draw a line segment PR = 6 cm.
With P and R as centers draw arc of 6.8 cm intersecting each other at point Q. Join PQ and QR.
Draw perpendicular bisector of PQ, intersecting it at point S.
Join SR. Draw YZ, the perpendicular bisector of SR, intersecting it at point O.
With O as center and OS as radius draw a circle touching QR at R.
Hence, above is the required figure.
