From figure,
PQ is the base of rhombus PQRS and SM is the height of rhombus.
By formula,
Area of rhombus PQRS = base × height
= 3 × 2.5
= 7.5 cm2.
Hence, area of rhombus PQRS = 7.5 cm2.
