If the equation of a line is y = 3x+1\sqrt{3}x + 1, find its inclination.

Comparing the equation y = 3x+1\sqrt{3}x + 1 with y = mx + c we get,

m = 3\sqrt{3}.

We know that m = tan θ.

∴ tan θ = 3\sqrt{3}
⇒ tan θ = tan 60°
⇒ θ = 60°.

Hence, the inclination of the line y = 3\sqrt{3}x + 1 is 60°.
