Answer

Given,

Base of triangle = 6 cm

Height of triangle = 4 cm

We know that,

Area of triangle = 12\dfrac{1}{2} × base × height

Substituting the values we get,

Area of triangle = 12\dfrac{1}{2} × 6 × 4

= 6 × 2

= 12 cm2.

Hence, area of triangle = 12 cm2.
