⇒ y - y1 = m(x - x1)
⇒ y - 2 = (x - 0)
⇒ 2(y - 2) = 3x
⇒ 2y - 4 = 3x
⇒ 2y = 3x + 4.
Hence, equation of required line is 2y = 3x + 4.
