Answer

(a) Volume of a gas at 0 Kelvin is zero.

(b) Absolute temperature of a gas at 7°C is 7 + 273 = 280 K.

(c) The gas equation is

P1V1T1\dfrac{\text{P}1\text{V}1}{\text{T}1} = P2V2T2\dfrac{\text{P}2\text{V}2}{\text{T}2}

(d) Ice point in absolute temperature = 0 + 273 = 273 K

(e) Standard temperature = 0°C = 273 K
Standard pressure = 760 mm Hg = 76 cm Hg = 1 atmosphere (atm)
