∠B = 90°

∠A and ∠C are acute angles i.e. less that 90°.

∴ ∠B is the greatest angle.

∴ ∠B > ∠A and ∠B > ∠C

⇒ AC > BC and AC > AB.

Hence, proved that hypotenuse is the longest side in a right angled triangle.
