We know that (x + a)(x + b)(x + c) = x3 + (a + b + c)x2 + (ab + bc + ca)x + abc
∴ (x + 1)(x + 2)(x + 3) = x3 + (1 + 2 + 3)x2 + [(1)(2) + (2)(3) + (3)(1)]x + (1)(2)(3)
= x3 + 6x2 + (2 + 6 + 3)x + 6
= x3 + 6x2 + 11x + 6
