Slope of the line joining P and Q i.e two points is given by,

y2y1x2x13074=33=1.\Rightarrow \dfrac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1} \\[1em] \therefore \dfrac{3 - 0}{7 - 4} \\[1em] = \dfrac{3}{3} \\[1em] = 1.

We know that, m = tan θ. Since m = 1.

tan θ=tan 45°θ=45°.\Rightarrow \text{tan θ} = \text{tan 45°} \\[1em] \Rightarrow \text{θ} = 45°.

Hence, the inclination of the line is 45°.
