By formula,

Area of wet surface of cylinder = 2πrh + πr2

Given,

Water is filled upto height 10 cm.

So, wetted surface area of cylinder is :

⇒ 2 × 3.14 × 10 × 10 + 3.14 × 102

⇒ 628 + 314

⇒ 942 cm2.

Hence, Option 4 is the correct option.
